About the Grower
Hi, I'm Kira! I have a degree in Studio Art and a background in fine gardening on the coast of southern Maine. As an artist and gardener, my aim is to exist where the two worlds intersect. All of my flowers are grown on a plot of leased land along the Saco River, where beavers swim, eagles swoop overhead, and peepers sing a chorus after dark in the woods beyond the flower fields.
I look forward to sharing my craft with you!

It's increasingly important to leave space for ecosystems to exits in a world that places value on constant unbridled financial growth and exploitation of natural spaces, so regenerative practices (such as cover-cropping, low-till, no synthetic fertilizers/pesticides, and invasive species management) are used in my gardens.
